Before You Contact Us

Quickest Route to a Quotation

If you already know what you need scanned, the fastest route is the scanning request form. It captures the slide count, magnification, imaging mode, storage period and billing details we need to produce a quotation, so no follow-up email is required.

If you are still deciding, the FAQ covers magnification, imaging modes, file sizes, slide preparation, ethics clearance, data retention and costs.

Slide Submission

Delivering Slides

Delivery and collection of slides are the requester’s responsibility. Submit slides in a clearly labelled slide box with correct contact and project information, stating the total number of slides enclosed.

Every slide must be labelled with the slide ID or lab number, the stain, the tissue type and the project name. Slides that are not labelled appropriately will not be accepted. You will be notified by email once scanning is complete, with collection and image transfer details.

Ready to Submit Slides?

Complete the scanning request form and we will respond with a quotation based on your slide count, magnification, imaging mode and storage requirements.
